What is the Gator Experience Record?
The Gator Experience Record provides an official, comprehensive, and verified record of your curricular and co-curricular activities in a single location. The Gator Experience Record showcases the various ways in which you have participated in skill-building, experiential learning, and credentialing in addition to attaining your academic degree. Importantly, this tool enhances marketability by providing evidence of skills that go beyond academic performance.
Students will be notified via email in April 2026 with information on how to access your learner record!

Examples of experiences that will be included on the Gator Experience Record include:
The University of Florida validates all experiential learning offerings showcased on a student’s Gator Experience Record. Please note validation and classification of each offering occurs within the program responsible for the experience and is then maintained in a centralized system. Students do not personally enter any experiences on their Gator Experience Record.
The Gator Experience Record includes experiences completed from Summer 2025 onward. If an experience you completed is not appearing, you can submit a request using the Missing Experience Submission Form, and our team will follow up with the program or department.
